1. Scope of Work All work will be performed as described in the estimate, service order, or invoice. Work is based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection.

Additional work required due to concealed, deteriorated, or unforeseen conditions will be quoted separately and billed accordingly. Examples include: • Hidden leaks • Rotted subflooring • Brittle or corroded piping • Structural defects • Non‑compliant or unsafe existing installations

We reserve the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are discovered.

2. Access & Site Conditions Customers must provide safe, unobstructed access to all work areas.

We are not responsible for: • Moving personal belongings, furniture, or stored items • Damage caused by existing defects or unstable structures • Damage caused by brittle piping, aged valves, or deteriorated materials

If access is restricted, delays or additional charges may apply.

3. Permits, Inspections & Code Compliance Permit fees, inspections, and filings are not included unless specifically stated.

All work will be performed to current plumbing and mechanical code standards.

We are not responsible for: • Pre‑existing code violations • System deficiencies caused by prior work • Failures resulting from customer refusal of recommended repairs.

4. Customer‑Supplied Materials No warranty is provided on customer‑supplied fixtures, equipment, or materials.

If customer‑supplied items fail, leak, or are incompatible with existing systems, additional labor will be billed.

5. Drain Cleaning Disclaimer Drain cleaning restores flow but does not guarantee future performance.

No warranty is provided due to unknown pipe conditions, grease buildup, foreign objects, or structural defects.

Additional services such as jetting, snaking, or camera inspection may be required at additional cost.

6. Warranty We provide a 12‑month labor warranty on workmanship.

Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment. We assist with claims but do not guarantee manufacturer approval.

Warranty is void if: • Another contractor alters our work • Recommended repairs are declined • System is misused or improperly maintained

7. Materials & Pricing Material pricing is subject to change based on supplier availability.

If material costs increase prior to installation, customers will be notified and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

8. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated.

Deposits, when required, are non‑refundable once materials are ordered.

Late payments may incur fees.

Non‑payment may result in suspension of service and legal collection processes.

9. Cancellations & No‑Shows Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

No‑show appointments may be billed at the minimum service charge.

10. Liability Limitations We are not liable for: • Consequential or secondary damages • Water damage caused by existing defects • Failures resulting from aging infrastructure • Damages caused by concealed conditions

We are not responsible for damages caused by customer refusal of recommended repairs.

11. Additional Work & Change Orders Any work requested outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

Technicians are authorized to recommend additional repairs if unsafe or non‑compliant conditions are found.

12. Completion of Work Work is considered complete when the described scope has been performed.

Any follow‑up work, adjustments, or additional repairs will be billed separately unless covered under warranty.

13. Acceptance of Terms Approval of an estimate, service order, or invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
